Had a great time. Here is a time lapse of 90% of the wall (ran out of phone space) which is included with the VIP package/ meet & greet. Each person was able to take home a square as a keepsake (I drew #1 which is the top left square) after a collective coloring session of the wall afterwards.

I travelled to Rotterdam and Amsterdam in Netherlands in December, 2018, from 11th to 17th and met a lovely Dutch girl who came to Amsterdam to celebrate her 18th birthday with me. The video was shot on iPhone, music choice from the movie “The Theory of Everything”.

RAVEN | A COMING SHORT FILM PROJECT /  by Mansuo Zhang

LOOKING FOR COLLAB WITH LONDON-BASED ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS!  

I had this concept in mind back in my final undergraduate year in 2017, but unfortunately, I didn't really have time to make the actual animation, but have only created the storyboard out of it. This short animation film is named "Raven", which is a fairytale love story inspired by the movie "In Bruges". 

I submitted this rough concept as one of my future projects along with my other submissions to UAL last year, and now I am looking forward to developing it further as soon as I start my program this Fall in London with UAL. The project will be involved with Illustration, Character Design, Sound Design, Fashion Design, and Film. 

The video below is a very rough storyboard that carries through the entire "Raven" concept while the final short film is planned to have 3 episodes:  Love, Tragedy, Faith. The final format will be frame-by-frame animation. 

I am sharing it as an open collaboration to those who would love to be a part of this project, and there will also be an art collection named the same as the film coming at the end of next year.
